GULU- Charles Onekgiu a year-old businessman in Gulu town was Monday evening arrested by Police after nude photos he took with a young girl suspected to be his wife leaked. In the photos Mr Onekgiu was sitting on a bed at what is thought to be his home, together with a girl aged between 13 to 14 while naked. Jimmy Patrick Okema the Aswa river region police spokesman confirmed that the year-old dealer in merchandise was arrested after a concerned citizen leaked a photo showing Onekgiu with a minor sitting on a bed, posing for photos while naked.
